This exquisite pre-loved locket is a stunning example of 1970s British craftsmanship. Featuring a delicate bell flower floral motif on the front, the piece is framed by an intricate openwork border of blossoms and leaves. The interior is well-preserved and in excellent, near-mint condition; it opens easily and clicks shut securely with a fully functional hinge.
The reverse is clearly stamped with a full set of English hallmarks for Birmingham, 1973, alongside the "JS" maker's mark for the renowned silversmith Joseph Smith.
