Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jewel Standard House. We carefully prepare and package every piece of jewellery to help ensure it reaches you safely.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time, at weekends or on bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent using a Royal Mail tracked service.

Typical delivery time after dispatch is 2–4 business days, giving an estimated total delivery time of approximately 3–6 business days from purchase.

Shipping Costs

UK delivery is:

Free on orders over £100

£3.80 on orders under £100

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking details so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Delivery Address & Signature

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Some higher-value jewellery orders may require a signature on delivery for additional security.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Royal Mail to investigate and help resolve the issue.
