• Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time or on weekends/bank holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Delivery Times (Transit Time) We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked to ensure secure delivery.
• Transit Time: For UK domestic orders, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect to receive your order within 3–6 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Costs • Standard UK Shipping: Free on all orders over £80. • Orders under £80: A flat rate of £3.00 will be applied at checkout. • The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number on the Royal Mail website to monitor your parcel's progress.
5. Delivery Address & Signature: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Since we deal with high-value jewellery, some orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure they are received safely.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at jewelstandardhouse. We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
